Honestly, Semper Fi has been great to us.

First, just know that when they come out for the “free” tune-up, the person is also there to sell. That’s part of the job. Be prepared to either say no or move forward if you actually need a new system. In our case, our units were about 20 years old, so we already knew replacement was coming eventually.

One thing I would definitely pay attention to is financing. We were originally told we could get 18 months with no payments, but we didn’t qualify for that particular option. That was something I should have paid closer attention to. Make sure you understand exactly what you qualify for before signing.

With that said, the actual installation was AMAZING. They replaced our entire HVAC system. Two guys worked for about 17 hours in one day, had great attitudes the entire time, and worked incredibly hard to get everything completed.

About a month later, we had a major leak that damaged our upstairs ceiling. We called Semper Fi, they came out, identified the issue, and took responsibility for it. They quickly sent another crew to permanently correct the problem, and then arranged for a third-party drywall company to repair the damage.

That part really changed my opinion of the situation. Problems happen. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and they handled it.

I know Semper Fi gets some negative reviews, and for a while I was frustrated too because of the financing and the issues we experienced. But looking back, the financing misunderstanding was ultimately something I should have paid closer attention to, and when there was an actual problem with their work, they owned it and fixed it.

The people we dealt with were genuinely kind, hardworking, responsive, and seemed like they were doing everything they could to make things right.

I would use them again and I would recommend them. 🙂

Semper Fi is an excellent company. Everyone was so polite and very informative they made certain that we knew the options we decided to put in a new unit. The technicians came the very next day put the unit in and a day later the inspectors came and checked everything to make certain everything was proper and in order and working the way it should.. Now the drywall section of the companyis coming in 3 days to fix the ceiling they had to cut larger to get the new heat pump in. We were informed of when people were coming and they were always on time and they were very professional and very nice. Truly, an outstanding company.

Teito and Bobby came by yesterday to inspect our AC unit. We thought there might have been a burning smell coming out of it, but such was not the case. In their thorough inspection of our AC, unit they really did more than expected. In the report at the end, Teito, the supervisor, informed me that they checked every service point and found nothing to be concerned about. Knowing there were no issues with heat or any other possible hazard gave my wife and I a tremendous peace of mind! Needless to say, both men were polite, professional (Bobby has MANY years of experience, so there was no doubt that their inspection was top notch) and fun to be around. A++++ is all I can say to sum it up.

I want everyone in the world to know that I was so happy that I had found the best heating and cooling company in the world as Semper Fi Heating and Cooling in Dunlap!! I just had a unit put in a year ago from a different company, which I will not say the word or the name but I was having trouble with my HVAC unit not cooling. As soon as I made the call, I was greeted with such courteous, sweet people in the world that I’ve ever spoke to on the phone, very professional and knew their stuff! The tech was at my house in a matter of hours to check out my unit and had it repaired and fixed end of time! I was so surprised and so happy! I will always always use Semper Fi Heating and Cooling for my hvac needs AND they are reasonably priced! Where in the world can you find somebody that’s price decently for the hard-working people in America? I’ll tell you where Semper Fi Heating and Cooling!!!!

If you are looking for an HVAC company to repair or do maintenance on your HVAC unit or if you’re looking for a new HVAC unit please please call them. They are super sweet, very professional and they know they’re stuff!

The next day I had another issue that was from the A.C. unit. A tech came out, found that I had a leaky toilet that was between the flooring and the foundation.
They did not charge me for the trip and located the next issue as they always come in threes!

We had three estimates for an AC unit to be installed. All were close in price. We chose Semper Fi because of the excellent explanation and pictures taken on what our problem was. Ryan was our first contact who represented himself and the company well. We felt good in his hands and background that he knew what he was explaining. Thank you!

Sales rep performed a thorough inspection of the unit and identified the items that were worn, identified leaking refrigeratent due to the unit being 21 years old. Reviewed the cost to repair vs the cost to replace.
Being able to take advantage of a sales promotion and other discounts made the decision to replace an easy one.
The techs to install were friendly and professional. Removal and disposal of the old unit and installation of the new one was seemless.
The technician went over the programming of the new thermostat and made sure I understood its function.
Overall the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. Would recommend Semper Fi for AC or furnace service.

Dylan came by yesterday to check on and service our air conditioning unit under our yearly contract terms. He was dressed neatly, was very polite, and had a pleasant personality. He thoroughly explained everything and showed us the photos that he had taken regarding what he had found. Because I have chemical and fragrance/perfume/cologne sensitivities, I found it extra nice that he was not wearing any strong cologne. Unfortunately, a lot of service techs do wear heavy scents while on the job, not realizing that some of their clients have respiratory issues and strive to keep a scent-free home for their health. Dylan earned his five stars for all of the above. We would highly recommend him.
