This is the second time we have used Semper Fi, this time for a water heater replacement. Andrew was meticulously in the removal, installation and final walk through of the replacement with us. We highly recommend Semper Fi for HVAC & plumbing.

Semper Fi was amazing to work with for our AC service and ultimately replacement. Rafael came out within the 8-11am window, thoroughly inspected the unit inside and outside and made recommendations based on our immediate needs and weighed our options to repair or replace. We ultimately went with repair and we have a crew coming out to replace our unit. If you need service, repair or replacement, we wholeheartedly recommend Semper Fi.

We had Semper Fi out to do maintenance on our AC and they were very thorough. The technician accidentally washed pigeon poop in our pool while he was cleaning our AC and the pool had to be cleaned professionally.

Semper Fi agreed to cover the cost and cut a check to a professional pool service company to make sure our pool was decontaminated and cleaned correctly. Semper Fi was fast and friendly in taking care of the problem. The bill was almost $1000 but they covered it. When we decide to have the work done on our AC we will definitely have them do it. its pretty much unheard of for a company to take responsibility for a mistake and they did without resistance! VERY PLEASED WITH THEM!!!

Semper Fi recent performed a tune up. During, they found that my ampage was low and needed a hard start. Luis Angel performed both quickly and efficiently. I will hire this company again and specifically request for Luis Angel’s service ms for the next tune up.

We had an outstanding experience with semper Fi heating and cooling, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Our air conditioning unit had become so loud that it sounded like a broken generator. Our home warranty company sent a technician who told us nothing was wrong and the noise was normal. But it kept getting louder, so we contacted semper fi- and I'm so glad we did. Chris was incredibly thorough. He inspected our 24-year-old systems, went into the attic to check the furnace and blowers, and took photos to show us the leaks and damage components he found. He explained everything clearly and patiently. When I mentioned that I would have trouble explaining it all to my husband, Chris offered to return that evening to walk him through everything too. That extra care meant so much to us. We decided to replace both AC units, and their promotion included a new furnace. The installation team arrived the next day and was friendly, respectful, and professional. They laid tarps throughout our home to protect it, handled the permits, inspections, and removal of the old equipment, and even arranged for drywall and trim repairs afterwards. Everything looked beautiful when they finished. We also appreciated the included maintenance and 10-year warranty. This was a major investment, and the thorough service and follow through gave us confidence in our decision. They checked in after installation to make sure we were happy and asked whether we needed anything. Being a veteran owned company was another meaningful Plus for us. My husband is a nurse at the VA, and supporting our veterans is important to our family. From Chris's patience to the installation teams attention to detail, we felt cared for every step of the way. Thank you, Chris and everyone at semper Fi heating and cooling, for treating our home and family with such care! If you want a company that you can depend on this is the company I would recommend very highly!

10/01/26… As it turns out or entire system needed to be replaced. I was honestly pretty nervous about it, but Semper Fi made the process as easy as it could be. The system they have set up (tear down, installation, crane truck and trash pick up) was like clockwork. The crew was courteous and somehow made pretty much no mess once they were gone. I’m sure this sounds like a fake post but I can assure you it isn’t. I would recommend these guys to anyone for their HVAC needs in the valley.

I received the discount for the water heater flush Michael was great everything worked out well . He was very pleasant in knowledgeable I would recommend them to whoever needs plumbing support.

We had to have an a/c unit replaced. Since it's on the roof and both tge old and new units had to be lifted over my solar panels I was a basket case until the new unit was in place. All of the crew was extremely courteous and they did their work efficiently. I am more than satisfied with the work so far and am certain the remainder of work will also be done well.

My AC unit was installed almost a year ago and I heard some noise coming from outside the unit. I called Semper Fi for service, and they scheduling appointment for the next day and the technician, Jon Dela very knowledgeable and excellent customer service check everything and no problem with the unit and explain to me any questions I had. Water heater cleaning

Had an excellent experience! I was offered a complementary tuneup on my unit at a local aviators game at the Las Vegas ballpark. My brother advised I take advantage of this offer as he had just utilized tuneup services with Semper Fi. I was extremely pleased with the tuneup and assessment and very grateful having had it when I did as there were some issues found that I thought were normal with the AC and turns out the builder did not assemble part of the unit properly, which was causing condensation, drip to back up. Thankfully, it was caught before any damage was caused to the house or unit,Thanks to Greg my technician. While I did end up opting for some paid service services to resolve the issue they offered a fair price and services were done very quickly, both in timeline and while here. I will definitely continue using them if and when further services are needed down the road, thankfully with how well they left my system minus regular maintenance i’m confident I won’t need any additional visits anytime soon.
Thank you again to Greg who did a fantastic job and to the team that performed the duct cleaning that I also opted to have.

Outstanding service from Semper Fi Heating Cooling Plumbing!

Living in Las Vegas, having your air conditioning go down in the middle of the summer heat is no small thing. When our condenser unit stopped working in the brutal August heat, we needed someone who could diagnose and fix the problem quickly — and Semper Fi absolutely delivered.

Our entire HVAC system had been replaced just a little over two years ago by another company whose contractor’s license has since been revoked. Needless to say, we were concerned about what we were dealing with and whether the previous installation had been done correctly.

Edward from Semper Fi came out and immediately went through the entire system. He carefully diagnosed the problem, identified exactly what was wrong, and fixed it that same day. Even better, he arrived prepared with the proper equipment, tools, and parts needed to get the job done right. In Las Vegas, same-day HVAC service in August is incredibly important, and we were extremely grateful not to have to spend another night without air conditioning.

What really impressed us was Edward’s knowledge and professionalism. He didn't just fix the problem and leave. He actually diagrammed our system and walked us through how the entire HVAC system works, explaining what he was doing and why. You could tell immediately that he is exceptionally well-trained and truly understands his trade.

The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and the fact that the repair was completed correctly and immediately.

After dealing with the previous company and the problems surrounding our original installation, finding a company like Semper Fi Heating Cooling Plumbing was a huge relief. They are professional, knowledgeable, prepared, honest, and genuinely care about doing the job right.

The absolute best and most honest company in Vegas! I called Semper Fi for a second opinion regarding needing a new air conditioning unit.
Unfortunately it was true, I needed a new unit.
The first company quoted me $40,000 for the top-end unit and wireless thermostat and $16,000 for the lowest option.
I contacted Semper Fi who not only made scheduling an appointment extremely easy, they were at my home the following day.
Chris was absolutely amazing! So honest and personable, he felt like family instantly. Needless to say I got that $40,000 top-end unit for less than $15,000 with amazing financing options. I will be with Semper Fi for life I would never trust another company with my home.

They are a very Veteran forward company and made sure we were well taken care of! I’m still in shock at what Josh was able to accomplish! Not only that but they were the ONLY company who was willing to fix our AC issues the same day we contacted them!! I cannot recommend them enough thanks again Josh and the whole team they really went above and beyond and got us cool again in one day!!

Great honest service at a reasonable price. They came out to address our issues on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. They were honest and fair. They truly provide a warranty on their work. If you have any issues with the work they perform they come out right away to address it. And they take care of military and first responders with a 20% discount!

A Fantastic Company! I took advantage of their HVAC tune up special and they were able to send someone out the same day. Dominique, the HVAC Technician they sent out was friendly and professional. She did a great job going over our unit and providing us with good information on our unit. We like the service so much that we set up our bi- annual maintenance with them. Tech was on time, polite, answered all my questions. When the service was complete the tech explained everything he had done.

This is the best company ever. We called them on Saturday, and on Sunday a professional well educated team service technician was at my house explaining how the installation would be and answering all our questions. By Monday afternoon our new installation was completed, up and working after almost a month suffering because of the heat and trying to find a good A/C company. We did our best decision ever choosing Semper Fi Heating, Cooling and Plumbing company. Their team they are all professionals and they also fixed, patched and painted the holes done in the wall due to the installation process. Tech was very polite and courteous and arrived within the time specified. I explained the issue I was having. He troubleshot the issue, went up on my roof and installed a part. Explained why the part would solve my issue. It’s been working fine!
The whole repair took about 30 minutes.
