Honestly, Semper Fi has been great to us.

First, just know that when they come out for the “free” tune-up, the person is also there to sell. That’s part of the job. Be prepared to either say no or move forward if you actually need a new system. In our case, our units were about 20 years old, so we already knew replacement was coming eventually.

One thing I would definitely pay attention to is financing. We were originally told we could get 18 months with no payments, but we didn’t qualify for that particular option. That was something I should have paid closer attention to. Make sure you understand exactly what you qualify for before signing.

With that said, the actual installation was AMAZING. They replaced our entire HVAC system. Two guys worked for about 17 hours in one day, had great attitudes the entire time, and worked incredibly hard to get everything completed.

About a month later, we had a major leak that damaged our upstairs ceiling. We called Semper Fi, they came out, identified the issue, and took responsibility for it. They quickly sent another crew to permanently correct the problem, and then arranged for a third-party drywall company to repair the damage.

That part really changed my opinion of the situation. Problems happen. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and they handled it.

I know Semper Fi gets some negative reviews, and for a while I was frustrated too because of the financing and the issues we experienced. But looking back, the financing misunderstanding was ultimately something I should have paid closer attention to, and when there was an actual problem with their work, they owned it and fixed it.

The people we dealt with were genuinely kind, hardworking, responsive, and seemed like they were doing everything they could to make things right.

I would use them again and I would recommend them. 🙂

Ernesto was our service professional and he explained what needed to be done with our 20 year old AC. He prepared several new AC options that included an extended warranty and a family veteran discount. Yes AC units are expensive and it’s a must in Arizona. He did not sugar coat the condition of our AC. We were so pleased with the quick and courteous service that this company provided. They even provide evening appointments. Hands down excellent service! And honestly.

Semper Fi is an excellent company. Everyone was so polite and very informative they made certain that we knew the options we decided to put in a new unit. The technicians came the very next day put the unit in and a day later the inspectors came and checked everything to make certain everything was proper and in order and working the way it should.. Now the drywall section of the companyis coming in 3 days to fix the ceiling they had to cut larger to get the new heat pump in. We were informed of when people were coming and they were always on time and they were very professional and very nice. Truly, an outstanding company.

Everyone was great! We almost went with another company, but we were able to work out a system within our budget and they got it up and running the next day! Here’s everything they replaced and now our home is blowing cooler than ever before.

Teito and Bobby came by yesterday to inspect our AC unit. We thought there might have been a burning smell coming out of it, but such was not the case. In their thorough inspection of our AC, unit they really did more than expected. In the report at the end, Teito, the supervisor, informed me that they checked every service point and found nothing to be concerned about. Knowing there were no issues with heat or any other possible hazard gave my wife and I a tremendous peace of mind! Needless to say, both men were polite, professional (Bobby has MANY years of experience, so there was no doubt that their inspection was top notch) and fun to be around. A++++ is all I can say to sum it up.

Chris came out when they said he would. He checked my thermostat settings and my hvac unit and made sure everything was perfect. He showed me pictures of everything. He also volunteered to change my filter for me. He did a great job and I am very happy with my the service I received.

I had semper fi heating and coming come out for 2 things. I had them install a new air vent in my kitchen and it looks absolutely amazing. I didn’t realize how much I needed one there. I got my HVAC system repaired by Semper Fi heating and cooling and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly even when I was extremely frustrated because I didn’t know why my HVAC wasn’t working and I was having a melt down. They were on time as well they said they would be there 11:00am-12:00pm and shortly before 11 I had the sweetest employee at my home.

Our unit we outbthis past weekend when it was 116 degrees. We called Semper fi and Dustin came out to get us back with a cooler house. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that caused out issue.

Mark eas here last week Tuesday and the units ran well for 3 days. Unfortunately Friday evening the bedrooms unit failed. I put in a call Saturday morning to get on the list for a call back. We shut down that unit for the weekend and slept on a sectional couch. So it was a welcome sight to get the repair done this morning. Mark felt the Trane units have 2-3 years of life remaining after this repair .

Service tech Eric was great. I was getting a water heater flush and fill. I don’t think it’s been done before. I didn’t realize there was a bunch of rust in my tank and that would flush rust into the house pipes. He recommended replacing the unit. I’m still weighing options but his honesty was a nice change in an industry where there are companies that will try to scam you.

On time and finished the work in no time

Semper Fi services were easy to schedule and work with and did a great job. The tech that came out to service our HVAC was Jourdan E. and he was awesome! Not only was he knowledgeable, professional and easy to chat with, our little kids also loved him. Great service all around! We were very pleased and would recommend them to friends and family.

Replacement of a tankless hot water heater and we had been talking with several plumbing companies for months with no success until your two plumbers explained everything. The plumber Sam discussed the product in detail as well as pricing and when it could be done. The new tankless water heater was installed the next morning and is working perfectly!! After all we had been through we are blessed to have found an honest knowledgeable company on SemperFi and will definitely use them again.

Condenser failed in my AC unit. They came out same day and got it resolved quickly and were reasonably priced.

My AC unit quit working, and it quickly reached 95⁰ in my house. I called Semper Fi, and within a few hours, Dante arrived to fix it. He was efficient, informative and pleasant. I am very thankful for Semper Fi's quick, professional service!

These guys are amazing I went to Tonys deli to get a sandwich and I saw their office nearby. I called them. They came did an inspection on my unit. My unit was 27 years old and they gave me a excellent quote on a new unit and installed the next day at a fair price Knowing that I am a veteranI'm I am glad they are in the sunny slope area now Will recommend a friend and family

We needed a new A.C. and Semperfi had the area measured the same day and installed in three hours with no issues.
The next day I had another issue that was from the A.C. unit. A tech came out, found that I had a leaky toilet that was between the flooring and the foundation.
They did not charge me for the trip and located the next issue as they always come in threes!

The two associates I dealt with, the scheduler and the technician, were great and very responsive. The price was a little high after talking to additional general contractors and AC repair companies, but that is the price you pay for essentially emergency repair services in this AZ heat.

After the free service Semper Fi offered, a thorough explanation of all parts of the system was explained. We decided to replace the system rather than it possibly breaking down mid-summer. Semper Fi scheduled the install within two days. They were quick, cleaned up all debris left over from the old system and sent info on how to work the thermostat. Very thorough. I would recommend them ten fold.

Sales rep performed a thorough inspection of the unit and identified the items that were worn, identified leaking refrigeratent due to the unit being 21 years old. Reviewed the cost to repair vs the cost to replace.
Being able to take advantage of a sales promotion and other discounts made the decision to replace an easy one.
The techs to install were friendly and professional. Removal and disposal of the old unit and installation of the new one was seemless.
The technician went over the programming of the new thermostat and made sure I understood its function.
Overall the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. Would recommend Semper Fi for AC or furnace service.

Semperfi heating and cooling is a great place to get your AC done. I went to Tonys deli on seventh Street in Dunlap and I saw their office there and I called them and they came and gave me a quote on a new AC got done the next day.

Mike did a thorough inspection on my AC and Furnace. He did an amazing job selling me to purchase 2 needed new units. Hopefully I can set it up in the next couple of days.

Three efficient, professional, polite, and strong men came to my house yesterday. They removed my old, beat up heating/AC unit and installed a brand new heat pump. They were careful, tidy, and took time to educate me on the new thermostat. They listened patiently to my questions, too.

New water heater and pipes. Wonderfull technician. Will use them again.

The tech came on time. Showed use the anode bar that was all but gone and replaced it. Answered all our questions and was respectful the whole time. Cleaned the work area when completed. Would recommend Semper Fi to anyone.

Ron the tec was a delight to have evaluate my hvac system. His honesty and knowledge of my system was spot on.

My experience was really amazing Brandon A was very knowledgeable and we have had a few companies come out and none of them told us about the issues we have with our unit. He was very professional and cracked me up when he was gobbling with my turkeys:)

Dylan came by yesterday to check on and service our air conditioning unit under our yearly contract terms. He was dressed neatly, was very polite, and had a pleasant personality. He thoroughly explained everything and showed us the photos that he had taken regarding what he had found. Because I have chemical and fragrance/perfume/cologne sensitivities, I found it extra nice that he was not wearing any strong cologne. Unfortunately, a lot of service techs do wear heavy scents while on the job, not realizing that some of their clients have respiratory issues and strive to keep a scent-free home for their health. Dylan earned his five stars for all of the above. We would highly recommend him.
