The technician assigned to us was very professional, courteous, thorough and explained every detail about my A/C units and potential future repairs.

From beginning to end, everyone I spoke to and interacted with was friendly, professional, and patient... And on time! I got a free, same-day, thourough inspection that revealed more damage to my old system than what was expected. I'm talking biological hazard levels!

I was able to get a new system the next day. They even had their own waste removal truck show up to take away the old system.

They cleaned up after themselves, answered all my questions, and gave us easy to understand information and instructions.

When the techs came to look at the unit, it was obvious that a new one was required. Then the next day a QC technician came out and reviewed the work, answered a question. I feel I got the best unit for my place, with a good price. All within a short amount of time. I recommend them.

One of Semper Fi’s technicians came out to check out my old air conditioner/heating system. Not only was this investigation free, but it was very informative, with photo evidence. No scam. No scheme. He was highly professional and extremely considerate and knowledgeable!! Awesome company!!!

Brian was very knowledgeable and explained exactly how a normal ac should work as well as how ours are and aren’t working properly. While the costs for repair and getting a new unit are not cheap, he let us know of any discounts we qualified for and let us know of our options with financing. Will def request him again!

Ben, in plumbing, is such an asset to Semper-Fi. He certainly deserves a GOLD STAR and a huge Watta Boy. He came in and rescued me from a disaster, not of my own making, regarding my hot water heater. He tried his best to fix a mess left by another and when it was determined it wasn’t fixable he helped me procure a new tank, installed it, tested it out, and left me in much better shape than he found me this morning. Thank you so much for your hard work and kindness. You are a shining star in this company.

I had a great experience with Semper Fi Heating and Cooling replacing my 21-year-old AC heat pump system. The installation was a big job, including a crane to move the outdoor units, and I appreciated the crew’s hard work. They tested both heating and cooling, and a supervisor followed up the next day to review the installation.

As a Gulf War veteran, I especially appreciated the military discount. It made a meaningful difference on a major home expense, and their support for veterans means a lot to me.

I noticed i had leaking underneath my water heater and coincidentally they had reached out for a flush. They moved up the appointment earlier to accommodate the urgency. Michael and Patrick came by and were very friendly and informative. Once we decided a repair was necessary they had a spare water heater in the back of their van, they went straight away to switch out the old water heater and were finished before I even knew it. This company has preciously helped with my hvac system and each time its been a great experience. Theyre knowledgeable and leave the place better than they found it. Shaheed is my technician, very professional and respectful, he found the damage in my air-condition and gave me all options for repairs. Shaheed addressed my concerns in regard to priorities in different scenarios, he explained me that semper fi have different options of credits in case of running low on budget and that was very helpful specially for situation like mine, my A/C stop working at the beginning of the holidays, YES!!! I don't think nobody wants to hear that, so!!! be always ready have a plan before something like that happen to you. Either way my call was done early in the morning today and I thought that I will have to the weekend to get a technician, but NO, they called me with an early appointment between 10 and 1pm and they made it at 11:30 super-fast for me.

Paul did a wonderful job he even went out of his way and clean after the other guys that's been here did not clean after themselves there was trash in the Attic that the other guys left. Paul did a great job what he needed to do in the Attic and he explained to me everything that other technicians has been here they never explained to me Paul explained everything and he made sure I understand I like that I wish that Paul can come back again to be my favorite technician when I have a problem with my unit next time. The tech that came out yesterday evening was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and funny! Instead of saying hey this is what's wrong with your unit and you need this, this, and this, he explained how the AC was working and what went wrong. The previous company (1 hour air 🤮) that we got our gigantic $16,000 air conditioner through about 4 years ago, sold us the wrong unit! They sold us a roof unit for a house that has all the ducts under the damn house! So after spending money with Semper Fi and having them come clean and seal the ducts as well as replace that blower motor in the 1 hour air unit....Alex came out because we couldn't get the unit to shut off. Well long story short the motherboard got fried in the spot that turns the blower off and it was stuck on! Soooo back to Alex, he explained everything and as the second Semper Fi tech to come out to our house - he lasted through all my ridiculous questions and sarcasm! Alex is truly a wonderful guy, he loves what he does and you can really tell that he cares. We had a hiccup in the process of payment and he quickly solved that (also shout out to the guy that also helped me through that process over the phone). Alex stayed through the slightly stressful conversation I had with my mom trying to decide how we could afford a new air conditioner because let's be real spending $16,000 and still owing on the unit after only four years of owning it and then spending even more money to get a new unit is kind of ridiculous! I am very glad that we had Alex come out to diagnose the issue that we were having. He knew exactly what was wrong (very quickly I might add) and he gave us different ways on how it could be fixed. Of course the easy way would be putting a Band-Aid over it but that wasn't what I wanted to do! When I say this company truly is amazing I am not over exaggerating, I feel like even though it is very costly to buy a new air conditioner especially nowadays, Semper Fi made it a little bit easier and I am in love with the fact that all of our questions and then some were answered and explained. I really can't say more about this company besides they hire very good people and they do a really good job!
Please buy Alex a good lunch 😂 or give him something special! 😋 I know he works hard, along with all the guys I have interacted with from this company!

We had Semper Fi come out this Summer when is was REALLY hot. They checked my old system and determined very scientifically that it was readyto die, and possibly cause our indoor coils to crack. The weight of the cost being disabled is difficult, but the guys actually lifted the burden somewhat in how they performed. The kindness showed to my wife Kiki was so appreciated. This is an update on Tuesday 20 Oct 2026, we found after opening our home and breaking bread, a full meal, that Matthew was only playing the "Christian" card, in order to sign us up for a system cost that was not only unnecessary, but drove our costs to over 10k. We told Matthew our situation of both being disabled, and fiscal limitations, asking for a unit to be best cost effective to our budget. Right there he'd the opportunity to be truthful, but instead chose the proverbial flim-flam/okie doke route. We had to ask my Mother to assist us credit wise, because of my credit score being just south of Semper Fi's requirements. And because Matthew didn't do right by us. In retrospect review, we could have had installed a unit for more than 3-4k less, but because of Matthew's clearly dishonest machinations, we again had to finance, which because of, disqualified us for the in-motion refinancing which would have taken our mortgage payment down 1,500k!! A 2.5 apr point swing!, in addition had three payments eliminated at new rate. Now to some that nay not seem much, but to fixed income folks, especially in this economy is huge. Because I'm a sinner saved by Grace, when someone professes Jesus Christ as "their Savior", I at face have to believe them. In addition if Matthew is what he professed, he left that rode knowingly and willingly for personal gain...self, and I'll leave it to Yahweh to deal with. I don't know the commission($) he gets from Semper Fi, and or the finance company, that would encourage his behavior, or that he's simply playing folks for selfish gain, but I here warn people on dealing with a company that encourages or allows this type of "service", knowing people, especially veterans use "veteran owned" companies because of the said companies seemingly "patriotic" code of ethics, honesty, trust and respect for our veteran men and women's, time served. And not just for military, but people in general. It's taken me awhile to repost, because I've reached out to Semper Fi, but nothing...nada, even to taking accountability for it's employees (Matthew's) actions. We ended up here, because of our bought and paid for "home warranty" company too stiffed us come replacement/repair time. There was a time when doing right, affording true customer service meant something in our Republic. But those times are woefully...gone. Whom you choose for this type of is obviously up to you, but I'd urge one to think twice about Semper Fi, they talk a great game, but at the end of the battle?, you realize you're by yourself in the foxhole, and have from first shot fired. I pray for everyone who's been through, or are in the midst of...regardless the company. Have a blessed day everyone!

OOh-Rah! New Customer for Life here! It was a relief to know this Veteran Owned company exists! HONEST, PERSONABLE, AND RELIABLE. Semper Fi's Plumber Donald P. was super efficient! I noticed their VAN on the road and took down the number, as I needed 2 toilet bowls replaced. As a recent widow of our National Asset David Henderson who succumbed to toxic exposure and protected our freedoms for 35 years, I've been overwhelmed with anything house related that my late Navy Veteran Husband would have handled. Donald was courteous, clean - wore boot protectors in the house-, engaged with his office on my behalf, and really went above and beyond seamlessly. Super pleased and would highly recommend, especially when I have been duped in the recent past with a prior plumber whereas their workers took my warranty sticker, and used it, off my hot water heater! Yeah, ...that happened! (Lic # 0093216). Nevertheless, my business is now with Semper Fi who covers a multitude of home repair services! Hang onto that Donald P. Semper Fi! -- Donald P. is who one envisions to represent the company name! Never Quit!~

Mason Baughn came to check out my water heater and found there was a small leak that had developed. He explained everything to me very well and I agreed to have it replaced with an American maid, hot water heater. He was very professional and cleaned everything up nicely.

Zach was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He did a very thorough inspection of our unit, took detailed photos and reviewed everything in great detail. It was apparent that we were needing to replace our unit and went agreed to move forward with that. Zach is a keeper for sure!

I can’t say enough about Semperfi. Years ago, I actually did air-conditioning and refrigeration. I’ve installed mini split AC systems at 74. Not something I’m gonna do now. Calling Semperfi was the best thing I could’ve done. It started with a free service of the AC. It ended the way I thought it would with needing a new one. They gave me a flat quote and even though they were here way longer than they expected and i think did more duct work than expected never added a dime. They also have a quality control person who comes out the next day to make sure that everything is the way they want it. He found some things that he really would like them to have changed and so they came out again, spent another three hours changing all those things. The new system works so much better than the old one even when the old one was working perfectly. I couldn’t be happier

I had a new HVAC / heat pump system installed. I was very impressed with the quality of the system , professionalism and cleanup. Financing was complex , but Stephanie and Chris were very helpful with discounts for being a first responder. My new system is very energy efficient. I am saving $ and have a great warranty. I have used Semper Fi for many years and recommend them to everyone.

Christian came out to diagnose our unit emergently and was able to provide it with a clean bill of health, recommending that we source a new thermostat as our Google nest was out of date. We will get that squared away. He was kind, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. 10/10

Had them over for maintenance on my cooler which "included" cleaning my coils, not charging me separate for what should be part of maintainence.I was shown before and after pics of what was done,which was a first and very appreciated. Turns out I also needed a quick start replaced and added a surge protector. This was done in a timely manner with clear explanations. I will definitely use this company again!! Shared the real truth about my aging (21+) that endures the heat of Arizona. I knew the “free inspection” would lead to a list of items to consider, including replacement; similar to the car dealership offering at-cost oil changes to get me into the service center do they can hand me a laundry list of service items for my long-lasting Toyota. And of course, he offered a solution - a replacement, which I did not buy on the spot. I’m a researcher and not an impulse buyer. However, I’ll consider this company when the time comes because the sales person/tech did not push and came across as authentic.

Had my new thermostat go completely black on me after being only 7 months old. AC was stuck on, but it was blowing warmer air. Called Semper-Fi who installed it originally, and they were quick to get people out who stayed late into the night to get it fixed for me. Great customer service and great response time.

Also it was 8:30 pm when we called in for service and the technician arrived 1½hr later (Eric was pleasant and efficient). Congrats great service. We also had the 10yr service pkg. A/C tech, Ethan did a great and thorough job. But I did not appreciate the hard sell for a maintenance service package.

Jose Campos came out to troubleshoot a soft start that was installed yesterday and was preventing the compressor from running. He quickly realized one of the wires was installed incorrectly. After correcting the wiring issue, the AC is running perfectly. I was impressed with Jose’s knowledge and would absolutely recommend Semper Fi for any AC work.

Andrew was incredibly thorough and provided a complete diagnostic of my home. I was presented with several options varying to accommodate my budget and I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Danny was our tech and he was amazing. He was thorough, friendly, and honest. He reversed some ad hoc engineering that another company had done. I never felt pressured to buy anything or even get service done. The price I was quoted for a new capacitor was way less than other companies were telling me. I finally found an HVAC company I will have no hesitation to call again.

As Dylan arrived to flush out my water heater, he showed me the condition of the rod that was inside. It was nasty and corroded. The unit is only seven years old, and I had no idea that such a rod even existed. He replaced it with a new rod. I will most likely sign up for their “Classic USA Membership” for future services and discounts.
